  • Are readings done in person or over the phone?
    Typically, over the phone.
  • Does my animal need to be in the room during the reading?
    No. It doesn't matter where the animal is. The reading is based on energetic connection.
  • Can Heather connect with animals that have crossed over?
    Yes. Frequently, people seek a reading specifically to connect with an animal that has crossed over. For many, it can help with the grieving process.
  • What do I need to do to prepare for the reading?
    Choose a quiet area of the house with minimal distractions so that you can focus on what is being said. You may want to have a notebook and pen on hand so that you can record key points about the reading and so that you can go back and process those points later.
  • How do I book a session?
    On the SERVICES tab there are options for different lengths of readings. Find the length that suits you and click "Schedule a Session". This will take you to a secure booking site where you can safely pay by credit card. All appointments are secured by advance payment.   • What if I need to change or cancel an appointment?
    To change an appointment: Call (513) 549-1538 or email info@heatherandersonintuitive.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. At that time, a new date will be scheduled. To cancel an appointment: Call (513) 549-1538 or email info@heatherandersonintuitive.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled reading. You will receive a refund. No refunds are offered for missed appointments.
